Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is shipped.

Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days.

Delivery charges: AED 15–25 depending on the city.

Free delivery on orders above AED 200.

Currently, we deliver only within the UAE (international shipping coming soon).

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Damee Threads is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services, but we’ll assist in resolving issues.
